2. 90-Day Conditional Refund Policy

– We offer a 90-day conditional refund policy. Refunds are contingent upon not achieving the specific results discussed and documented with each client at the onset of the contract. – These results will be clearly defined and agreed upon in a written format. – In the event that the discussed results are not achieved within 90 days, clients are eligible for a refund of 50% of the total amount paid. The remaining 50% covers operational costs incurred during service provision.

3.Client Commitments

Clients are required to cooperate fully, providing necessary information and access to ensure effective delivery of services.

4. Intellectual Property All materials created by On Fleek Marketing remain our property, with clients granted a license for business-related use.

5. Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to direct damages and in no event shall include indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Payment Terms

Specific payment schedules, methods, and details regarding late fees, if any, are outlined in the individual client contract.

7.Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential throughout the duration of the contract and thereafter.

8. Contract Termination

– Contracts may not be terminated by either party within the first three months of service commencement.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or a mutually agreed upon method.

10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms, with continued use of services post-modification constituting agreement to the new terms.
